Apple App Store
Google Play Store

How to use Qkr! guide:

  1. Download and install the Qkr! app from the appropriate store for your device.
  2. Open the app and register for an account. You'll need to provide some basic information and set up your payment method.
  3. Find your school or merchant: The app may use your location to show nearby schools.
  4. Browse available items: Look for categories like lunch orders, uniforms, excursions, or school fees.
  5. Select items you want to purchase and add them to your cart.
  6. For school-related purchases: You may need to select the child for whom you're making the purchase.
  7. Review your order and proceed to checkout.
  8. Confirm your payment method and complete the transaction.
  9. You'll receive an eReceipt for your records, which you can access within the app or via email.

Additional tips:

  • Use the "Order Again" feature for quick reordering of previous purchases.
  • For some merchants, you can use the "Order Ahead" feature to pre-order items for later pickup.
  • Check your school's specific instructions for using Qkr!, as implementation may vary slightly between schools.

Qkr! is designed to be a secure and convenient way to make school-related payments, reducing the need for children to bring cash to school and streamlining the payment process for parents and schools.

Your participation.

When you're involved in your child's school, it helps foster the growth of the partnership between us. We understand people have different interests and availability, so please speak to us to find out how you can be involved.

Working with Children Clearance

It is a child protection regulation that all new volunteers obtain a Working With Children Clearance before commencing their service at the school. Office staff can guide new volunteers through this process.

Parents and Friends Committee

Our Parents and Friends Committee meets online via TEAMS once a term to organise school fundraising and community enhancing activities for our school. We have many families who are part of the volunteering section of our P&F with a smaller core group who attend the meetings. We encourage all our families to participate in this thriving Committee. Please email our front office for details on how to join.

Catholic School Parents SA

Catholic School Parents of South Australia (CSPSA) is an organisation that aims to promote and support parents and families by providing a voice for education and issues which affect their children. It is the vision of CSPSA that all parents and carers of children are empowered through leadership, communication, advocacy and partnership.

Read the CSPSA Charter for Parents blog here.

"We moved the kids through to St Raphael's part way through the year and I think you can really tell the success of a school by the happiness of the children. Our children are so much more confident, relaxed and feel really empowered after coming to this school. I think this comes down to the care and the support that they get from the teachers and everybody in the school community."
